Many citizens do not nearly remember the central part of Dnepropetrovsk city about 10 years ago. The spontaneous parking, markets, dumps, dilapidated outside of the houses with uncertain age and architecture, broken payments and roads. Today we can observe the magnificent view of the central part of the city proudly. And really, the city was transformed noticeably – “reviving” restored facades of the landmarks are blent well with modern architecture of new buildings and the active work of column cranes is evidence of building prospects. It is nice to realize that you bear directly a relation to it, because the bright images of separate objects being recognizable symbol of modern Dnepropetrovsk are created by the develop company “Alef Estate”. The activity of “Alef Estate” is professionalism and qualitatively new approaches to development projects of property market of Ukraine.

“Alef Estate” company reached a lot during 10 years of its existence, here is some of the achievements:

“Alef Estate” company realized about 295 000 sq. m. during 10 years of its existence in the property market. In addition, at the moment it is about 105 thousand sq. m. under construction, 200 000 sq.m. at design stage, it is about 8 ha of urban area at settlement  and area preparation stage.
