"Brama" multifunctional building complex would be the final stage of the municipal housing program for the bridgehead of the Central bridge across the Dnepro river in Dnepropetrovsk city.
"Brama" multifunctional building complex with the total area of 227000 square meters will consist of:
- 50-floor building also named "Brama" consisting mainly of residential apartments;
- 20-floor "Perekryostok" trade and business center;
- "Platforma" trade center;
- "Estakada" - a pedestrian bridge street across Plekhanova Street and Naberezhnaya Lenina street.
The concept of the project provides for pedestrian connection of the city center with Naberezhnaya Lenina street and establishing a major city transportation terminal.
"Brama" resedential complex will be Dnepropetrovsk specialty. Its name has been chosen due to the exterior and location of the object. "Brama" will dominate the passage to the right bank of the Dnepro river from one of Ukraine's major motorways.
"Brama" will be a 54-floor 200 metre high gate-like skyscraper, a monolith colossus with modern architecture, expensive front decoration made of natural stone as well as unique night lighting, that make the object quite recognizable and turn it into a landmark.
According to the architectural concept "Brama" as a "vertical city", its inner structure would offer multiple functions that characterize a real city, such as various living houses, public buildings, engineering constructions, bridges, squares and yards. The first five floors of the skyscraper will be occupied by offices of the complex maintenance service, the upper part of the building will consist of elite living apartments.
"Brama" complex is intended for a large variety of customers - "business" to "elite", because the project provides for apartments from 50 to 200 square meters that may be conjoined within a single floor. There will also be two- and three-level apartments on the top floors featuring a panoramic bird's eye view of the Dnepro river and urban landscapes.
The infrastructure of the complex includes a children center, spa and fitness club, a beauty salon, a restaurant, walk zones with "pensile gardens". There will also be a residents' parking for 1074 vehicles and a helicopter pad.
The building will be equipped with state-of-the-art safety and life support systems based on the materials and technologies of leading European manufacturers.
