Fresh report from the Port City construction site! We have good news - all three blocks are completely cast!

1 block:

• monolith — 100%;
• masonry 100%;
• ventilation — 100%, (ventilation equipment at the final stage);
• sewerage, water supply — 100% (risers were installed, work was done on the inter-apartment wiring, meters were installed);
• fire safety cables have been laid, fire cabinets are being formed;
• roofing device — 100%;
• installation of aluminum subsystems, balcony railings — 95%; facade works are in full swing, installation with double-glazed windows, ceramics, sandwich panels is 30% completed.

2 block:

• monolith — 100%;
• masonry — 100%;
• ventilation 95%, ventilation equipment is being installed);
• sewerage water supply — 95% (installed risers, intra-apartment wiring, installation of meters);
• roofing device: the screed is 100% completed, the first layer of waterproofing was applied;
• Facade: 70% of aluminum substructures installed, 15% of sandwich panels.

3 block:

• monolith — 100%;
• masonry — 65%;
• ventilation — 70%;
• sewerage, water supply — installation of risers has begun, readiness - 30%;

Also, at the moment, work is being actively carried out on the installation of engineering networks of the parking lot.
