• sewerage, water supply — 100% (risers installed, intra-apartment wiring completed, meters installed);
• fire safety cables have been laid, fire cabinets are being formed;
• roofing device — 100%;
• work is being done on the construction of transformer substations, installation of equipment, arrangement of premises;
• installation of aluminum subsystems, balcony railings — 95%;
• Facade works are in full swing, installation with double-glazed windows, ceramics, sandwich panels — completed by 40%;
• facade lighting (power cable lines laid, the first lamps installed).

2 block:

• Monolith — 100%;
• masonry — 100%;
• ventilation — 95% (ventilation equipment is being installed);
• sewerage, water supply — 95% (risers installed, intra-apartment wiring, installation of meters);
• roofing device, the screed is 100% completed, the first layer of waterproofing was applied;
• work is being done on the construction of transformer substations, installation of equipment, arrangement of premises;
• facade: 80% of aluminum subsystems installed, 20% of sandwich panels, installation of double-glazed windows.

3 block:

• Monolith — 100%;
• masonry — 80%;
• ventilation — 90%;
• sewerage, water supply — 80% (installation of risers has begun);
• facade: 5% of aluminum subsystems installed.

Work is being actively carried out on the arrangement of engineering networks of the parking lot, the technical premises of the parking lot are 70% completed, the equipment of pumping stations has been delivered.
